In this workshop, you’ll learn:



  • The healing purpose of crystal bowls, tuning forks (both weighted and non-weighted), chimes, and how to play them

  • How to produce polyphonic overtones with your voice, and how to effectively apply these tones to the body.

  • Distinct acupressure points and chakras that respond well to sound and when/why to apply to these areas.

  • How to feel chi in your hands and then move it with sound, addressing lack of chi, stuck chi, and techniques to activate and charge chi.

  • Chakra vowel sounds and medicine songs for self-healing, opening, and shifting energy.
